E-commerce conditions for Danhostel HorsensSales and delivery conditions Online booking can only be used by families and groups of less than 10 people or a maximum of 4 rooms. Groups of more than 10 people who wish to make a booking, please contact us - The trading conditions below do NOT apply to groups. If a group booking is nevertheless made online, this can be canceled from Danhostel Horsens' site at any time. Payment The full amount is deducted when ordering. All prices stated in Danhostel Horsen's online booking system, like everywhere else on the website, are stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes - unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question. Payment is made by using one of the approved payment/credit cards in online booking, including Visa and Mastercard. Arrival/departure Arrival can take place between 15 and 17. Other arrival times must always be agreed with us. Check-out is always before 10.00 on the departure date. Right of withdrawal and refund Cancellation of your stay must always be done in writing! The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 2 hours after the booking has been made. Subsequently, our general terms and conditions apply: Timely cancellation can be made no later than 72 hours before arrival (Arrival is calculated as 15.00 on the day of arrival). In case of timely cancellation, we charge 35% of the total amount as a cancellation fee. If canceled later than 72 hours before arrival, nothing will be refunded. Breakfast We only offer a breakfast buffet at the weekend, Saturdays and Sundays. The breakfast buffet is served from 8:00 to 9:00 and costs DKK 90 for adults and DKK 40 for children under 12. Children under 2 are free.Breakfast must be ordered no later than the day before.Smoking Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, out of the windows or in the common areas of Danhostel Horsens. A fee equivalent to DKK 2000.00 is added if smoking is detected in the room or smoking outside the window. Bed linen Bed linen is included in the price when booking online. A fee of DKK 250 is added for sleeping without linen. Shopping on the Internet As a consumer, you are protected against any misuse of your credit card online. You can read more about how to deal with online payments on the following websites: www.betaling.dk and www.fdih.dk. Forgotten cases Forgotten effects that are found are stored 14 days after departure. After this, we do not guarantee continued storage. Forwarding takes place for a fee of DKK 100 (covers our costs for packaging, dispatch etc.) + postage for the sent. It is the guest's own responsibility to make us aware of any forgotten effects and inform us of the name and address to which the forgotten item should be sent. Shipping and delivery When booking and paying for a room and other additional purchases, you will be presented with a contract from Danhostel Horsens, in which the account for your purchase appears. The contract can be printed from the website after the booking has been completed, and also sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address has been provided by the buyer. Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Danhostel Horsens on the day of arrival (and is completed upon departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above contract. Personal data policy In order to manage guests' stay, Danhostel Horsens collects information about the guest. This concerns the following information: Name, address, telephone number, e-mail. Danhostel Horsens stores your information in accordance with the Danish Accounting Act. After this, all information will be deleted or anonymized in such a way that information can no longer identify you. As a guest, you have the right to gain insight into what information Danhostel Horsens stores about you. This can be done in writing at info@danhostelhorsens.dk. You also have the right to have incorrect information corrected. In cases where they are not in conflict with applicable legislation, the guest can apply to have his data deleted from Danhostel Horsen's PMS system. Complaints can be directed to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Complaint processing If for some reason you do not receive your contract, which confirms your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, please send us an e-mail at info@danhostelhorsens.dk. Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error during a general review of your contract. You can only complain in writing after departure. We recommend that, if you discover the error during your stay, you make the complaint verbally at our reception. We would very much like to remedy any error immediately, just as we will decide whether the item received (stay) should be refunded, exchanged, or whether a price reduction should be given.
